Night Festival 2010

Every year Singapore will hold an event annually called the Night Festival which showcase art performance and exhibits...on top of that..you get to go in NSM,SAM,8Q SAM and Peranakan Museum for free till late hours...its a very special festival where you get to roam freely in the museums till 2am...I had a blast last year and nevertheless it becomes a must do list on my yearly itinerary...so this year's theme is a New World...and the performance will be from famous New York street artist and their performance called Parabole 2.01...at first I was so excited when the performance was about to start and let me tell you that this years performance sucks big time...and also crowds were not as massive as last year...probably its a recovery year for Singapore...last year...the festival was a blast...with great pyrotechnic and marvelous fireworks...this year...the night festival fails to do the magic...however...I do quite like all the exhibits done up for this year in the museum and also some small performances happening around the festival area...so needless to say...take a peek at the festival thru my pics :)

This performance sucks max by the New Yorker...everyone was dissapointed :(

This is the part where the wolves knock on the glass...symbolizes the virtue to break the Berlin Wall

I find out that the wolves are made of lamb wool...so no animal is hurt except the lambs..lol

Like the back-wall...so its a cam-whore time again :)

Trying to act cute here ;)

Msia Int. Toy Fair 2010

The main reason I was in KL last weekend was to checkout this toy fair that was held in Mid Valley...well..my Bruce Oppa have intention to survey the KL market for toys...both of us agreed that KL still have many potential on growing the toy market...hope that Bruce Oppa will be one of the toy market entrepreneur in future..as Singapore market for toy has already reach it's peak...actually I am glad that there are many potential toy designer here in KL...all the design full with creativity...guess that KL still has the zest of creativeness...I can say Singapore market of toy are mainly direct from japan but in KL...you get to see locally made toys which is interesting and cool to look at..overall I rated this year Toy Fair in KL was OK...and there is plenty of room for improvement...hope that next year will have more new booth coming in...till then...here are the pics that I manage to snap while at the fair...

Daikanyama Rocks

Happen to be in KL last week and had a gathering session with Nicole and Jacqueline..not to mention my Bruce Oppa and Hannah with me as well...so we decided to checkout the makan joints at Changkat Bukit Bintang area...as we were browsing around...happen to saw this Jap restaurant that look so cozy and I decided to ask everyone to settle with this restaurant called Daikanyama Japanese Restaurant...indeed the ambience is superb and seating is great...not to mention food is awesome...and best of all...the staff is courteous and going the extra mile for use..honestly...for a moment...I did feel like I am in Japan..lol...the first thing I wanna share with you guys is their creativeness...apparently their menu is inspired by the subway train route style...with easy reading and reasonable pricing on the food...checkout the cool menu
